Arthur explores the impacts of artificial intelligence in the informational space. He leads the AI and Global Issues Office at Reporters Without Borders (RSF). He is the author of Algocratie (Actes Sud, 2022), an essay focused on the role of artificial intelligence in the dissemination of information. In 2023, he served as rapporteur for a commission bringing together 32 figures from the worlds of journalism and AI and coordinated the drafting of the Paris Charter on AI and Journalism.
